Founded by Ray Koomen, Decorum Studio is known and loved for its hand-painted tiles. Signature ranges provide ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions for homes across the county, with designs celebrating the work of some of Cornwall’s most talented artists. Working with these individuals is something Decorum prides itself on, and why wouldn’t it? Anybody who knows and loves the Duchy will know the inspiration that can be taken from its rugged land and seascapes, not least for the creatives who call the county home.


Tiles range from heritage-style imagery to bold and abstract patterns, with fabulous examples including Decorum’s Cornish Delft range, which has already brought this beautiful corner of the world into abodes around the UK. What they each have in common is that they are hand-produced to order. The same can be said for the team’s one-off bespoke pieces, which are perfect for anybody in search of something unique to them and their home. Ultimately, Decorum’s goal is quite simple; to see its tiles, whatever design or range, become a cherished part of your home.
